PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE
+COOP is expanding our team! We are looking a Part-Time Sales Associate who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, has an eye for merchandising, passion for sales, and a love of aesthetics and design. This individual will be responsible for delivering an optimal customer experience, keeping the environment organized and inspiring, and working as a team player involving collaboration and communication to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service while representing our brand.
- Work with team members to achieve store objectives, meet sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively about inventory levels, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
- Operating POS system (Shopify) to check out customers and handle returns of merchandise.
- Communicating promotions and events to customers.
- A team player that is curious and willing to jump in when needed.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor, including assisting in receiving, stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks and occasional errands to ensure the functionality and coordination of the store.
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Retail sales experience, exquisite communication and people skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
- Problem solver and a sense of intellectual curiosity.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory management.
- Adaptability within the role based on the needs of the team or the store.
- Merchandising and photography experience a plus.
