Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders, or 14 days from the delivery date for online orders.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to determine whether an item shows signs of wear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed as returns, and you can place a new order with your store credit.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact shopinfo@jennacooperla.com within 48 hours of delivery and share a description of the damage and any photos.

All +COOP Vintage items are final sale and sold as-is.
Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for exchange or store credit per our standard return policy. Promotional discounts apply only during the original sale period and will not be honored on exchanges made after the promotion has ended.
