Each season’s bars begin with rare, pure white Criollo cacao sourced from small ranches across México—primarily a single smallholder farm in Pichucalco, Chiapas. The beans are single-origin, organic, and fair trade, allowing Casa Bosques to be closely involved at every stage of the process.
