Designer-done and celebrity owned, this 1930’s renovated Spanish oasis was located in the coveted Hollywood foothills of Nichols Canyon, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, plus a bonus studio space. Original details, including Malibu Potteries tile, stained glass windows, and wrought iron fixtures were combined with modern amenities, delivering the best of LA living.
