Nestled amid the rustic charm and majestic eucalyptus trees of Beachwood Canyon, this mid-century modern gem was the one and only house our first-time client ever had to see. The minute she laid eyes on this unique property, she knew it was meant to be.  A true vintage time capsule, the home featured wrap-around patios, beautiful city and hillside views, and amazing mid-century furniture. Unfortunately, it was already in escrow with another buyer who had plans to totally redesign the house. We were able to work with the seller's agent when the home fell out of escrow, securing the sale for our client before it hit the market again. Thanks to Jenna's experience and relationship with the listing agent, Rose Ware, we made the deal for our client – and with the period furniture and art included! Featured on Curbed LA and designed in 1958 by iconoclast Ronald L. Buck, this one-of-a-kind property is no longer merely the stuff of dreams for our client, it's her home. And, in honoring its original architectural integrity, she doesn’t plan to change a thing.
