Ceramic Petal Dish

This Japanese porcelain dish is made using Seto ware, one of Japan's six oldest kiln traditions, with a history spanning over 1,000 years. Known for its elegant white base, reminiscent of Chinese celadon and white porcelain, Seto ware was the first in Japan to introduce glaze, shaping the nation's pottery heritage. Produced at Shunkyo Toki, each piece is meticulously crafted in-house, from molding to painting and firing, embodying centuries of artisanal expertise. Versatile in design, it also serves beautifully as a catch-all tray or an elegant holder for incense.

Pairs perfectly with our Hibi incense matches.
