Each set includes one cheese fork for sliced cheeses, one cheese chisel for crumbling off hard cheeses and one cheese spreader for soft cheese. Food safe oil finish. 

Care: Hand-wash with dish soap and water the dry with a dish cloth. Do not allow utensils to sit in water or soak for extended periods of time.  Reapply a thin coat of food safe oil periodically as needed.
