A small-batch extra virgin olive oil from a family farm in Lakonia, Greece, in the foothills of Mt. Taygetos outside Sparta. Cold pressed from a single estate blend of three olive varietals and milled promptly to preserve integrity. Ultra-low free acidity at 0.3%, with notes of fig, tomato, artichoke, and walnut. A staple in Jenna's kitchen.
